About This Class
The first question to ask is "what is the GOAL?". Normally when we asked this question the answer is… "I want to lose weight and tone up, plus a like boxing so I want to learn to box". Does this sound familiar? I'm sure it does as this is a common goal for most of us, and the learning to box part is a great bonus too because boxing is confidence and character building. If we start by agreeing a long-term goal and work our way backwards laying out the short-term goals this will provide us with a blueprint for your achievements. It all starts with a fitness test in your first session and then a plan of commitment and attendance. Once we have committed to this agreement we are on the way to achieving your goal. At the end of the day why train just for the sake of training, when you can train like the Professionals! We offer 6,8 and 10 week training camps but honestly would recommend 10 WEEK camp unless you have a deadline set in place that can not be moved. In Training Camp you with cover flexibility and mobility, strength and conditioning and cardiovascular fitness, we also offer dietary advice to help you achieve your fat loss goal and supply enough energy to fuel your workouts.
